Welcome to the firm of 925jewellery – a family run company focusing on quality and price. Our aim is to provide you with a wonderful range of fine sterling silver and stone set jewellery at the best possible wholesale price. We endeavour to keep overheads to an absolute minimum wherever possible in order to pass these savings on to you - the Retailer.

New lines are arriving regularly; you will be completely spoiled for choice. From bangles and bracelets to pendants and earrings – the range is truly wonderful.

Our well known “packs” are the most economic for you and large discounts are built into them but individual item orders are more than welcome. Lines do change fairly frequently with the result that we shall be updating this brochure once every two months or as stocks last. If you have any particular favourites, then it would be prudent for you to order these up quickly.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made with us over the telephone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. For your security, we do not store any of your card details. We do not at present offer any credit terms and pre-payment on all goods is required

Delivery Times & Charges

Orders placed before 12.00pm will be sent out the same day – guaranteed next day delivery (Excludes weekends Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year). Whilst every effort is made to achieve next day delivery – there may be the odd occasion when we cannot meet this deadline and in this event, your order will be sent out the following day

All UK Special Delivery Charges on jewellery orders over £200 will be met by us. Orders under £200 will be subject to a £5.00 Special Delivery surcharge Please note that Pendant Boxes do not fall within the “jewellery” category and deliveries on same Will be subject to the usual Parcel Force delivery charges – quotation upon request if required Delivery of all pendant boxes will also be subject to the normal Parcel Force delivery timescale of 3 to 5 working days

Returns

A full refund will only be given on returns received by us within 10 working days of despatch. Returns should be sent to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
